邯鄲膨潤(rùn)土吸附含鎳廢水的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

摘要:研究了邯鄲鈣基膨潤(rùn)土及其鈉化改性土對(duì)模擬廢水中Ni2+的吸附行為,探索了膨潤(rùn)土用量、吸附時(shí)間、pH值、初始離子濃度和溫度等因素對(duì)Ni2+吸附效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,實(shí)驗(yàn)所用兩種膨潤(rùn)土對(duì)Ni2+的吸附在15min時(shí)基本達(dá)到吸附平衡,吸附率隨溶液pH值的增大、吸附劑用量的增加、攪拌時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而增大;鈉化土的吸附效果明顯優(yōu)于鈣基土,Ni2+的去除率可達(dá)96%以上;經(jīng)鈉化土處理后廢水中的Ni2+濃度 為0.8 2 5mg/L,低于國(guó)家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1mg/L。

Removal of Ni2+ from containing wastewater by bentonite of Handan

Abstract:The removal of Ni2+ cations from artificial wastewater by Ca-bentonite and Na-bentonite of Han-dan was studied.The effect of adsorption conditions on the adsorption behavior of bentonite was investigated,such as the amount of bentonite,adsorption time,pH value,initial concentration and temperature.
