目前粉煤灰的應(yīng)用研究越來(lái)越多,隨著環(huán)境保護(hù)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀念的深入人心,對(duì)于包括粉煤灰在內(nèi)的工業(yè)廢料的綜合利用與資源化已成為各國(guó)制定可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。但也存在一些問(wèn)題,如以煤為主的電力工業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展和粉煤灰綜合利用技術(shù)相對(duì)落后問(wèn)題,技術(shù)研究開(kāi)發(fā)力量較薄弱分散等問(wèn)題。在技術(shù)上需進(jìn)一步完善的有:粉煤灰空心燒結(jié)磚,粉煤灰作特殊用途回填,粉煤灰高強(qiáng)混凝土等。
因此今后的發(fā)展重點(diǎn),一是研究和開(kāi)發(fā)大用灰量項(xiàng)目,繼續(xù)研究粉煤灰在混凝土中的優(yōu)效應(yīng)用技術(shù)以及在塑料、橡膠中作填充料等應(yīng)用;二是粉煤灰高新技術(shù)的研究以及粉煤灰利用專用設(shè)備的研究開(kāi)發(fā),加強(qiáng)高等院校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)與企業(yè)的合作,擴(kuò)展粉煤灰有效利用途徑,提高粉煤灰的利用價(jià)值。粉煤灰綜合利用技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)綜合性、邊緣性科學(xué)技術(shù),其技術(shù)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,依賴于其它學(xué)科的最新進(jìn)展,若能合理利用,則既能解決粉煤灰的環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題,又能作為資源,開(kāi)發(fā)多種實(shí)用性產(chǎn)品,其前景是非常美好的。
